As a Games Department we expect players to attend post match hospitality, whether playing at home or away, showered and dressed according to team instructions (usually school uniform). We would also seek to encourage players to mix socially and when at home make opponents feel welcome at such occasions. Where extenuating circumstances prevent this being possible, a player must convey his reason to the team coach before departing. Generally these are opportunities for coaches to give instructions about the week ahead and offer some brief feedback on the game.

It is important from a health and hygiene perspective that players shower after both playing and training.
